Online race entry system coming soon to Track Reviewers

Please note, the system is now under a new name, MotorsportEntries.com.

We’re announcing today that we will soon be launching a bespoke platform allowing Kart clubs to take online race entries.

It will enable clubs to take race entries online, without having to spend anything on development – sign up is free too!

We’ve had a huge amount of interest from several clubs we spoke to when researching the project, and we’re now ready to take on a few more. We know how little finance is available at the moment, contact us for a rough indication on prices – as it’s a new piece of software we’re offering free sign up for the first few clubs.

It was only 6 months ago we started to look into this. After some research, work started on the site around 4 months ago. We’re nearing the end of development are now looking for clubs to get on-board for the start of the 2012 season. It makes entering much easier, and with address details saved takes less than 3 minute to enter!

We’ve got a load of other features we think will save you loads of time and increase entries

Wide range of payments accepted [All forms of credit card, Paypal, Google checkout, cash and cheque]
Bulk emails – emails will be sent out confirming entry, as well as emails going out before entries close
Entrant details in one spreadsheet [We all know just how bad racing drivers hand writing is...]
Allow ordering of pit space, club membership, practice days and anything else you have available.
Terms and conditions, calender and track details all listed online, with links over to your site.
You’ll also be able to allow drivers to sort out club membership and practice days if needed.

We feel this is exactly what clubs have been asking for; not only does it make entering much easier and save club secretaries hours of admin, we’ve got a few other ideas which are guaranteed to boost entries (promise!).
