Thunder Valley Motocross Track is a large National Motocross track, just outside Denver, Colarado. It’s a track which is owned and run by an ex-pro David Clabaugh, who brought the track back from the brink of closure to become one of the biggest outdoor tracks in the USA, hosting a round of the AMA Nationals. In 2010 they held the biggest event in the Motocross world, the Motocross of Nations.

It’s an awesome track to ride, with natural terrain and some huge drop offs making it a really challenging lap. Racing takes place through the year and practice is available on the weekends racing isn’t taking place, $15 for the day and $30 for membership. If you get the chance to ride Thunder Valley do it, you won’t regret it! Facilities at the track are good, with covered grandstands and fantastic viewing around the track.
